Panettone

It was 1922. Pietro Ferrua gave birth to the Galup in his bakery
in Pinerolo. Two years later, Pietro Arturo Streglio’s laboratory
opened in Turin. Today, the two confectionary excellences are
found in the Gran Galup filled with Gianduja Streglio cream,
entirely covered with dark chocolate and pralined grains of Italian
hazelnut “Tonda Gentile Trilobata.”
